Fitness Classes for all ages and abilities

The Arena hosts over 20 fitness classes each week ranging from gentle fitness, tai chi, pilates, yoga to boxing blast.  Our goal is to offer classes for all ages and abilities.  Badminton, indoor bowls, and table tennis are other activities also available.
