Fitness Classes for all ages and abilities
The Arena hosts over 20 fitness classes each week ranging from gentle fitness, Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga to Boxing Blast. Our goal is to offer classes for all ages and abilities. Badminton, indoor bowls, and table tennis are other activities also available.
Do you love team sports and challenges? Why not get a group together? The Arena can be used for a variety of activities including Badminton.
Joining an exercise class can seem daunting, but don’t worry! We provide a friendly and welcoming space for everyone.
Exercise does not always need to be high intensity to get results. We have a host of classes including Pilates to work your core, strength and flexibility.
Don’t get stuck in the same exercise rut. Our weekly classes include Boxing Blast, Yoga and Zumba. Why not try something new?
Our team of Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers are always on hand to pass on their specialist knowledge and introduce you to new ideas.
